Role: Lead UI/UX Designer

I designed a custom tile for Q2’s Composable Dashboard platform to promote Marstone’s digital investment services within Q2 client environments. The goal was to encourage end users to explore investment opportunities by clearly communicating the value of partnering with Marstone. The tile design focused on clarity, engagement, and actionability—featuring concise messaging, trust-building visuals, and a seamless call-to-action that guided users to learn more or initiate an investment journey. The final design aligned with Q2’s composable design framework while supporting Marstone’s mission to make wealth management more accessible and inclusive.

    •   User Engagement Strategy – Designed the tile to introduce users to digital investment opportunities through a clear, value-driven message and approachable visual language, encouraging curiosity and trust in a traditionally complex space.

    •    Seamless Integration – Ensured the tile aligned with Q2’s Composable Dashboard framework, balancing brand consistency with Marstone’s identity while maintaining a smooth, native in-app experience for end users.

    •    Action-Oriented Design – Crafted an intuitive call-to-action flow that guided users toward Marstone’s investment platform with minimal friction, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and clarity.

    •    Visual Simplicity with Impact – Employed clean iconography, hierarchy-focused layout, and micro-interactions to deliver information quickly and effectively within the limited tile space.

    •    Cross-Team Collaboration – Worked closely with Q2 product, engineering, and Marstone stakeholders to iterate on design concepts, validate usability, and ensure implementation maintained design intent.
