Role: Lead UI/UX Designer

I led the design of a Q2 integration that enabled seamless cross-border payment functionality through IBC Bank, aimed at enhancing digital banking services for personal and business users. The user experience was crafted to simplify complex international transaction processes—focusing on transparency, speed, and trust. Key design elements included streamlined input flows, real-time exchange rate visibility, and intuitive error handling. The result was a responsive, accessible interface that empowered users to confidently manage international transfers directly from their Q2-powered banking dashboard.

    •    Streamlined International Transfer Flow – Designed an intuitive, step-by-step experience for initiating cross-border payments, reducing user friction while maintaining regulatory compliance and accuracy in complex transaction inputs.

    •    Real-Time Currency & Fee Transparency – Integrated dynamic exchange rate and fee displays to promote clarity and trust, allowing users to review total costs before confirming a transfer.

    •    Clear Visual Hierarchy – Used thoughtful layout, typography, and iconography to guide users through the multi-step process with ease—emphasizing key actions, required fields, and security cues.

    •    Responsive & Accessible Design – Optimized the experience for mobile and desktop users alike, ensuring WCAG-compliant accessibility standards were met for international banking audiences.

    •    Localized Messaging & Support – Included contextual help elements and dynamic field validations to support multilingual use and reduce user errors during high-stakes international transactions.
